West Avenue Residences is located in Quezon City’s residential-commercial district center recognized for the lines of restaurants, car shops, villages, commercial establishments, and educational institutions. A four-lane road, West Avenue extends through the western part of Barangay West Triangle, from its intersection with EDSA west of North Avenue to another intersection with Quezon Avenue.

West Avenue Residences is accessible to shopping establishments such as SM City North EDSA and TriNoma.  SM City North Edsa is the first SM shopping mall and one of the largest in the country. Operated by the SM Prime Holdings, the biggest retail and mall operator in the country, it has a gross floor area of 424,691 square meters and consist of the Main Building, Interior Zone, The Annex, The Block, The North Link, and The Sky Garden. It provides a one-stop shopping experience, world-class cinemas, ample parking spaces, and attractive structures. SM City North Edsa is connected via a pedestrian overpass to another mall known as TriNoma. It is owned and operated by Ayala Malls and features the Landmark Supermarket and Department Store, landscaped alfresco areas, two-level TriNoma Park, two parking buildings and open parking areas, shops, and cinemas. The mall is also directly connected to the North Avenue station of the MRT.

The development project is also in proximity to Quezon Memorial Circle, a national park located in the heart of the Elliptical Road in Quezon City. It features a 66 meter high mausoleum containing the remains of former Philippine president Manuel L. Quezon, a museum, an open park, a playground where kids can freely roam around, a bicycle station, which offers different types of bicycles for adults and kids at reasonable rates, a small amusement park perfect for family bonding, and other facilities which offer fun activities for individuals, couples, or families alike such as zip line, Ice Age Safari, Go Kart, boating, fish spa, train ride, and Skybike.

Educational institutions are also within the vicinity of the development project. Top universities such as University of the Philippines Diliman, Miriam University, and Ateneo de Manila University among many other educational institutions are just a few kilometers away. Established in 1949 and the largest constituent in the University of the Philippines System, University of the Philippines Diliman is a coeducational and research state university that offers 70 undergraduate degree programs, 109 master’s degree programs, and 68 doctoral degree programs. Its library is also the largest in the country. Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), on the other hand, is a private research university along Katipunan Avenue. It offers elementary and secondary education exclusive to male students, Senior High School, undergraduate degree programs, and graduate degree programs. Alongside ADMU is Miriam College, a Catholic school that is non-profit and non-stock. It offers academic programs for pre-elementary, elementary, secondary, undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees. Though exclusive to female students, male students are accepted in pre-elementary, graduate, and post-graduate academic programs.

Another advantage, location-wise, of the West Avenue Residences is that it is near government offices. It will only take a few minutes of travel time to reach SSS, BIR, NSO, Batasang, Pambansa, Quezon City Hall, Department of Agriculture, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, among many others. Various hospitals and medical clinics such as The Philippine Heart Center, Lung Center, East Avenue Medical Center, and Kidney Institute can also be found near the property.

The MRT and LRT stations are as well within the vicinity of the property. Public transportation is also not an issue as many public transport vehicles are prominent in the area. Banks, convenient stores, lines of restaurants, and other commercial establishments are also within the neighborhood.
